In this role you will inspire teachers and students, model positive values and foster a vibrant, collaborative, bilingual learning community.
How will you make an impact?
Work closely with Head of Kindergarten to drive strategic planning, lead curriculum development, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Champion the bilingual, student centered model, promoting best practices and creative approaches to teaching and learning.
Lead, coach and inspire teaching staff, fostering collaboration and a positive school culture.
Ensure excellence in learning and care, prioritizing student well-being, inclusion and the development of foundational skills.
Partner with teachers and specialists to support students' holistic development: social, emotional, and academic.
Collaborate with other school sections on cross-curricular projects with a focus on sustainability, community engagement, and educational innovation.
Represent the school with local education authorities (DIPREGEP) and oversee reporting, compliance and local regulatory requirements.
Build strong partnerships with families and the wider community.
What are we looking for?
Native-level fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Strong background in teaching early years learners.
Proven leadership capabilities; previous experience in a similar leadership role will be highly valued.
A forward-thinking educator, familiar with global best practices and innovative approaches to early childhood education.
