- Drive a disciplined outreach rhythm — Execute multi-channel follow-up sequences across phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn to keep prospects moving toward a discovery call.
- Fill the calendar with qualified meetings — Qualify prospects and book discovery sessions, taking full ownership of scheduling accuracy and calendar coordination.
- Protect every booked meeting — Send confirmations, deliver timely reminders, and run recovery plays when a prospect doesnt show up.
- Revive stalled deals — Mine the CRM for dormant opportunities and re-engage them with targeted, personalized outreach that reignites interest.
- Keep the CRM airtight — Log every interaction in HubSpot the same day it happens, ensuring data accuracy and zero neglected contacts.
- Arm the sales team with intel — Document prospect context, objections, and key insights so discovery calls start with real knowledge, not guesswork.
- Support creative outbound campaigns — Coordinate address verification, gifting initiatives, and other outreach programs that deepen prospect engagement.
- Cut the volume of untouched inbound leads in half through consistent, rapid engagement
- Hit a 95%+ compliance rate on the 1-minute lead response standard during working hours
- Achieve and maintain discovery call attendance rates above 90%
- Bring 6–8 previously stalled opportunities back into the active pipeline each month
- Keep CRM records current, complete, and fully documented with zero neglected leads
- You communicate in polished, professional English—both in writing and on the phone
- Youre a confident, natural communicator who puts prospects at ease and conveys credibility instantly
- Speed is your default setting—you handle high volumes of activity without letting quality slip
- Youve worked with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and understand the importance of clean data
- Youre organized to the point of obsession—nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- A background in sales development, appointment setting, or business development center (BDC) environments
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
- Exposure to the digital marketing or legal services industries
- Hands-on experience managing high-volume inbound lead funnels
- Comfort with multi-channel outreach spanning phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn
- Base Pay: $500/month guaranteed
- On-Target Earnings: $2,000–$2,500/month at expected performance
- High Performance Earnings: $3,000+/month
- Exceptional Performance: $5,000+ effective monthly equivalent, including annual bonus
- Bonus Structure: Discovery call completion bonus, sold-client bonus, lead reactivation bonus, and annual strategic KPI bonus
- Top performers can expect to earn $2,000–$3,000+ per month, with no ceiling on whats possible as the team and pipeline grow.
