The Live Commerce Administrator plays a key operational role in supporting Koin's growing Live Commerce activity across multiple platforms and brands. This role focuses on the organisation, setup, and operational management of live selling sessions across platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live. The administrator ensures that products, promotions, stock availability, and show logistics are correctly prepared before each broadcast and that post-event reporting and follow-up tasks are completed efficiently. The position is primarily operational and process-driven, supporting the Live Commerce Team to ensure live selling sessions run smoothly and consistently. Training will be provided on internal systems and processes, but the role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Live Commerce Show SetupPrepare products listings bundles, and promotions for Live Commerce shows across platforms such as WhatNot and eBay Live
Ensure product listings, pricing, and stock levels are correctly configured before each session
Upload and organise products within live selling platforms
Schedule shows in line with the Live Commerce calendar and maintain a centralised results trackerProduct and Inventory CoordinationWork with operations and stock planners to ensure inventory is available for planned sessions
Flag potential stock issues before or after Live Shows
Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and ready for live promotionOperational Support for Live BroadcastsSupport the live commerce team during live sessions where required
Monitor and process cancellation requests during and post-show
