We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team who has an insatiable desire to learn, an ability to drive projects from idea to completion, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges.Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze User Stories for inaccuracies or missing details.
- Write comprehensive Test Cases for User Stories.
- Perform manual testing using Test Cases to verify if the functionality aligns with the story description.
- Collaborate within an Agile development team.
- Engage with the Product Owner to clarify implementation details and business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with developers regarding identified issues.Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to conduct technical interviews in English.
- Minimum of 3 years (depend on the seniority/experience) of hands-on experience as a Manual QA Analyst.
- Basic programming skills.
- Proven experience in testing APIs.**Desirable**
- Salesforce Knowledge and Packaging.
- ISTQB Certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field.
- Knowledge of automating basic test cases using Selenium WebDriver (Java / JavaScript binding) to reduce manual effort in the future.
