Job Group CapabilitySupply ChainJob GroupSupply Chain Planning & OptimizationJob Role DescriptionResponsible for the logistics coordination with suppliers and 3PLs for raw materials / packaging replenishments, and supports site supply chain related-activitiesJob Role Responsibilities- Raw Material Planning Coordination: Interfaces with suppliers / 3PL contractor and internal stakeholders (procurement, manufacturing, supply chain) for raw materials requirements / inventory management of packaging raw materials, including inbound schedules, new supplier qualification, setting up new contracts, etc
- Process Integration: Utilizes systems / tools to optimize and steward packaging raw material inventory / safety stock, including master data maintenance
- Purchase Order Management: Resolves purchase order issues, payments, shortages of packaging raw materials, delivery issues with suppliers, procurement, payables
- Risk Management: Coordinates Security of Supply activities with manufacturing and suppliers
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Stewards 3PLs / suppliers and develops metrics and standards to meet EM requirementsFunctional Skills
