You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long‑term revenue growth. You will serve as our client’s trusted advisor by providing strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues, and simultaneously act as an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities.
DutiesManage a high volume of small‑to‑mid‑size (SMB) accounts.
Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
Act as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
Provide a high‑quality day‑to‑day experience for our customers.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a timely response and completion of customer requests.
Drive adoption of platform features that improve customer experience and retention.Requirements2+ years of experience in a customer‑success or related advisory role.
Demonstrated elite performance history.
Strong relationship‑building skills, remaining calm and composed when facing crisis or criticism.
Ability to navigate complex data sets, drawing insights and synthesizing raw numbers into actionable recommendations.

Solid track record of achievement—quantifiable business impact, rapid assumption of responsibilities, or competitive awards.
