We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst based in Argentina, specializing in ERP Dynamics migration projects for a client serving the Insurance industry. You will play a key part in capturing requirements, preparing documentation, and collaborating on implementation.
This is you4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven involvement in ERP Dynamics migration projects;
Strong skills in conducting user meetings and participating in design sessions;
Proficiency in preparing technical specification documentation, including SRS, Business Models, Data Models, and interface prototypes;
Familiarity with application implementation, monitoring tasks, and reviewing key Administration and Finance processes;
Spanish speaker and intermediate English level.Nice-to-have skills:Knowledge of the insurance industry.This is your roleCapture and specify business requirements, generating agreed-upon documentation;
Optionally prepare a Requirements Inventory document;
Conduct user meetings to gather insights and feedback;
Participate in design meetings to align on solutions;
Develop technical specifications (SRS, Business Model, Data Model, interface prototypes);
Collaborate on project management artifacts like plans and estimate sheets;
Support application implementation and monitoring activities;
Review and optimize the Administration and Finance processes.
