Executive Assistant (EB) –
Salary: $ 6.500.000 – $ 9.750.000
About the Role
We are seeking a rare and exceptional individual to serve as a hybrid Executive Assistant and strategic Chief of Staff in Training. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a demanding position for a high‑IQ, high‑integrity operator with unrelenting urgency and a desire to maximize the CEO’s time and output.
You will function as the CEO’s Force Multiplier, attending every critical business and personal call. Your primary mission is to take ownership of the maximum number of action items from every meeting, or to clearly assign ownership to the right team member and rigorously track execution. You will be the central executor and chief problem‑solver, driving projects to completion and shielding the CEO from operational friction.
This role is for you if you get a thrill from:Execution Ownership: You attend a meeting, take notes, and your brain immediately sorts the tasks into 'I’ll do it,' 'Team Member X does it,' and 'I’ll make sure it’s done.'
Solving the Impossible: You are handed an obscure, high‑stakes problem (e.g., complex logistics, financial audits, elite research) and thrive on finding the perfect solution with minimal oversight.
Systems & Automation: You believe that any task repeated three times should be automated, and you have the technical fluency to build the solution (e.g., Zapier, Monday workflows).Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting Output & Execution (Core Mandate): Attend all key meetings. Immediately draft concise notes (Decisions, Action Items), assign tasks in the project management system, and personally execute the maximum number of resulting action items, or rigorously track them until completed by the owner.
