Broad Function**:
Marketing Head** **will be responsible for the business results of the Allergan Aesthetics Portfolio in the South Region (Argentina and Chile)This includes owning the brand/ portfolio strategies, close collaboration with the cross-functional areas to tailor strategies and tactics for the different customer segment, driving brand/ portfolio revenue growth, forecast accuracy and managing operation expenses to achieve both revenue and profitability targets. This position reports to the AA General Manager, North Region.**Responsibilities**
- Own the brand/ Portfolio strategies in the NR countries.
- Set clear brand/ portfolio direction and communicate to relevant internal stakeholders eg. sales, medical, AMI
- Close collaboration with cross functional team to support the brand/ portfolio strategies
- Have a Dare-to-Try mindset and drive innovation in a highly dynamic competitive market by challenging the status quo.
- Develop robust tactical plan that is tailored to the different customer segments based on customer insights generated and timely execution of these tactical plan.
- Leverage best practices from other countries to maximize brand/ portfolio success
- Identify opportunities to maximize resources and improve efficiencies
- Partner with Medical Affairs and AMI (Allergan Medical Institute) to develop KOLs as advocates for AA portfolio value proposition.
- Lead Digital & Consumer Activation driving initiatives that enhance customer/patient experience.
- Lead market shaping initiatives for AA
- Provide cross functional leadership - field force, supply chain, finance, medical, AMI, training, compliance, legal, regulatory etc. in driving opportunities and mitigating risks.**Worker Type**:- Owning and positioning a dedicated portfolio in regional market, including creation and implementation of all local customer/portfolio strategies & communication plans
- Owning and leading the implementation of local marketing strategies for dedicated portfolio in close alignment with GM, Regional colleagues, Commercial team and Field force.
- Owning and leading the implementation of all digital customer & portfolio strategies for dedicated portfolio
- Continuous monitoring of all portfolio revenue development, budget tracking, expenses in country, in-line with annual/monthly phasing and continuous reflection of guidance from the cluster/region and manager
- Full accountability/responsibility for all local approval processes & submissions for new developed material in-line with Abbvie AA policies and regulation
- Development & implementation of forecasts, plans, strategies and operational commitments (OpPlan) and ensure delivery of all Op Plan commitments for dedicated portfolio
- Continuous screening of competitors, reporting, e.g. IMS data, market share evolution, gathering customer insights and building up plans, based on new learnings and findings
- Close interaction with Market Operation and PGS teams for securing continuous supply of dedicated portfolio and fulfilling customer needs and forecast accuracy.
- Close collaboration with medical, AMI legal colleagues in generation of new customer & marketing strategies, medical education events, including owning the local approval process.
- Continuous KPI tracking and implementation of learnings, built on results and new learnings**Qualifications**
Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:- 8-10 years of marketing or related commercial experience within the industry
- Demonstrated leadership, lead change and influence.
- Demonstrated analytical, numeric and financial ability to extract key insights based on data.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated a commitment to adherence to all applicable compliance rules and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to effectively adapt through times of change
- High learning agility, strong planning and project coordination skills
- Track record of working collaboratively/with others across functions.
- Ability to make good decisions under pressure working through high levels of ambiguity and complexity
- Can effectively work in a complex environment/ matrix organization where influencing without authority is required.
- Deep knowledge of local/regional regulatory policies and internal compliance rules
- Estimated 30 % travel**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree on business, engineering, economy, finance or equivalent required
- Master's degree or MBA desired
- Proficiency in English (totally fluent) and local language**Travel**
