- Supports TR Center of Expertise (CoE) in the analytics behind the creation of new programs.
- Serves as the next point of escalation for Contact Center employees with complex employee queries about compensation.
- Responsible for compensation knowledge transfer within the HR Service Center with existing programs and when new initiatives are introduced.
- Liaises and networks with HR practitioners/counterparts across industries for benchmarking purposes.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related careers.
- +5 years of experience in HR specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefits.
- Expertise in compensation with in-depth understanding market data analysis, salary planning, job analysis, job evaluations, etc. Global experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in working with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now
- Must be highly proficient in English.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Teamwork and customer service skills.
- Flexibility on work schedules on an ad-hoc basis, in order to connect with stakeholders in different geographical regions.**Relocation Options**:
