- Perform task from Planning in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined standard operating procedures
- Contribute to the achievement of Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.**Requirements**:
Education/Experience
- Diploma: In progress a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Working Environment: Experience in a shared service is an advantage
- Professional experience: 6 months - 1 year of experience in Planning is an advantageLanguage requirements
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)
- Portuguese is desiredPersonal skills & requirements
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical skillsSoftware skills
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Experience with MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office are an advantage
- Good keyboarding and data entry speed**Tasks**
- Builds constructive and effective relationships with cross functional teams and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with internal peers through communication tools.
- Day to day operations in the Planning area:- For Givaudan affilliate’s buys:- Understand Incoterm impact and key stakeholders for follow-up.
- Perform SLOB process
- Perform new business checks and identify materials riskCollaborate in Lead time analysis
- Adherence to service level.
- Adherence to policies and procedures.
- KPIs update and development
- Creation of SDOs
- Follow up on Commtools
- Help the team with delivery dates updates
