- Own and be responsible for your team’s code quality. Taking care of: reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, alignment with design standards, etc.
- Take an active role in your team’s development in collaboration with the team manager.
- Have a vision of the team’s ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there.**Your day-to-day activities**:- Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.
- Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.).
- Proactively plan the team’s code design.
- See to the technical side of day-to-day work, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed, among other tasks.
- Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities.**About you**:- Mentoring and leadership experience.
- Analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency.
- Fluency in these: PHP, JavaScript, Java, C++, Python or other programming languages.
