The Scrum Master is a team-level Agilist who helps teams of development to work together efficiently and quickly. In essence, this is a servant leadership role that facilitates and supports teams Agile in delivering high value solutions to our customers.It will help create an environment in which continuous process improvement of product development is at the center and in which the common goal of all is to offer good quality software.If you are ready to help our clients and project teams succeed, we would love to meet you!**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the elimination of impediments for teams and manage the proper scaling.
- Support engineering teams, product and parts owners Interested.
- Continuous improvement coaching within the team and support with the use of Metric.
- Coordinate with other team-level agilists and their teams in the Deliverables.
- Facilitate learning through workshops and meetings.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a development organization or software delivery working in agile teams, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Team Lead.
- Full understanding of agile principles, values and practices.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills.**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Agile certifications are desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline highly desired.
