·Contribute together with Sales OP, Marketing, Financial and Medical areas to an appropriate support on the disease journey of patients.
- Follow up the case by case situation guiding the PSP for ARG & CH
SCOPEQuantify the scope or impact of the job in terms of revenue, expenses, capital investment, headcount, etc.Under the guidance of the Area Director , the PSP Manager will be responsible for leading and launch the Patient Support Program across the southern cone. Minimal capital investment (computer and other equipment to perform job functions, etc.).Costs will be incurred in this position through required travel.EDUCATIONState both the minimum and the preferred educational attainment (or equivalent experience), and describe essential and desired subject matter, certifications, special training, etc.·Bachelor’s degree required in business or science discipline ·English in intermediate or advanced level - required EXPERIENCEState both the minimum and the preferred number of years of relevant experience, and describe the essential functions of the job.·+3 years Pharmaceutical experience - preferred·40% travel requirement ·Knowledge and excellence relationship with vendors·Depth knowledge of the Argentinian Health system·Strategic vision of the access process in Argentina·Excellent negotiation skills·Strong planning skills·Experience in effectively managing multiple tasks and projects·Ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet timelines·Independently develops study documents and processes·Discerns urgency of issues and takes appropriate action
