As a **Senior Software Engineer**, you will take on a key role in the research, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of our product suite. You’ll serve as a technical leader and mentor, helping guide junior developers in best practices while ensuring high standards for code quality and collaboration.This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable solutions and developing others while contributing meaningfully to a growing and dynamic development team.
- More specifically, you will:_
- Analyze, design, and develop software solutions according to product requirements
- Guide and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering growth
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintainable design
- Develop and implement automated unit testing procedures
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support onboarding and continuous development
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to company goals and team success
- Help new team members understand business logic and code architecture
- Contribute to team collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives**What We Need From You**
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Delphi, Oracle, Transact-SQL, PL/SQL
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Strong time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure
