**- About the Role**We are looking for a **Media Manager** to lead media strategy, media investment and media performance for Campari brands in Argentina.This role is responsible for defining **where, when and how brands should be communicated**, ensuring the right mix of digital and traditional media, strong brand visibility at key moments of choice, and effective use of media investment based on robust metrics and performance analysis.The Media Manager is a **media specialist and highly analytical profile**, with a strong understanding of the Argentine media ecosystem and a day-to-day role working closely with media agencies and media partners. This position does not include Consumer Insights ownership or Corporate Communications responsibilities.
**- Main Responsibilities**
- Define and lead **media strategy** for Campari brands across digital and traditional channels.
- Decide **which brands to prioritize**, where they should be present and through which media platforms.
- Build and manage **integrated media plans**, including streaming platforms, digital media, TV, radio, publishers and other relevant channels.
- Own **media investment decisions**, ensuring efficiency, impact and ROI.
- Monitor media performance on a **daily basis**, validating dashboards, metrics and data accuracy.
- Define, track and optimize **media KPIs** (reach, frequency, efficiency, ROI and contribution).
- Translate media performance data into **actionable decisions and optimization plans**.
- Lead the **day-to-day relationship with media agencies**, from briefing to execution and reporting.
- Challenge agency recommendations using data, performance insights and strategic reasoning.
- Participate in **media and platform negotiations**, contributing analytical and strategic input.
- Work closely with Brand, Channel, PR and Experiences teams to ensure media plans align with activations, events and POS execution.
- Act as the **internal media reference**, influencing and aligning stakeholders without formal people management responsibility.
- Explore new media opportunities, platforms and formats relevant to the local market.
**- Requirements**
- **5+ years of experience** dedicated to media roles (media strategy, media planning, media management).
- Proven experience managing **integrated media investment** across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using **media dashboards, metrics and performance tools**.
- Solid understanding of the **Argentine media landscape**, including streaming platforms, digital media and traditional channels.
- Experience working closely with **media agencies** on a daily basis.
- Strong negotiation and influence skills, applied as core capabilities.
- Senior profile, comfortable operating independently as an **individual contributor**.
- Background in large FMCG companies, media/entertainment companies or large media agencies is highly valued.
- Experience in **large-scale consumer businesses or major media and entertainment environments**, with exposure to integrated media investment and complex media ecosystems, is a strong plus.
- English proficiency required.
- Based in Buenos Aires; **hybrid model (3 days in office)**.
