We sell across Amazon, D2C, and retail channels in the US, Canada, UK, and EU. We're building an internal creative engine to produce and test high-performing Meta ad creatives every week, and we need a sharp, fast video editor to bring concepts to life. The Role\nYour job is to turn those briefs into scroll-stopping ad creatives using a library of existing video assets (product seeding content, influencer/UGC clips, and agency footage) along with occasional net-new edits.\nThis is a production role, not a strategy role. You'll receive clear direction on what to build. We care about speed, clean execution, and an instinct for what performs on social. What You'll Be Doing\nEditing short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) optimized for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Streaming TV, Amazon, Website. Cutting and remixing existing UGC, product seeding, and agency footage into new ad concepts\nAdding text overlays, captions, and basic motion graphics\nCreating strong hooks in the first 1–3 seconds of every video\nFormatting assets across aspect ratios: 9:16, 1:1, 4:5\nMatching pacing and style to reference ads provided in each brief\nOrganizing and naming finished files using our naming conventions What We're Looking For\nProven experience editing direct response or performance ads for Meta/TikTok/YouTube Shorts\nStrong portfolio showing social-first editing: fast pacing, bold text overlays, engaging hooks\nAbility to take a raw 60-second UGC clip and turn it into a polished 15–30 second ad\nComfortable working from structured creative briefs with clear direction\nReliable turnaround and communication (we operate on a strict weekly cycle)\nProficiency in any professional editing tool (CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, etc.)\nBonus: experience with beauty, wellness, or personal care brands
