We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Facility Manager to join our team:
**Location**: Buenos Aires, Argentina.**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.**Work model**: On site.**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.**Responsibilities**:

Management of the installation of a client's office in Argentina.Management of suppliers related to the maintenance and proper functioning of the office, as well as coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance (HVAC, UPS, Generator, fire & life safety systems and other mechanical system.Management of reception, guards, CCTV and access control.Management of environmental, Health & Safety (EHS).Management of utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.).Management of Work Orders generated by customers.Responsible for creating and managing the GRE budget, providing monthly financial reports.Management of POs and invoices from GRE suppliers.Responsible for process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.Responsible for managing office change small projects.Responsible for maintaining good relationships and communication with internal customers.Support for the entire GRE team on the account.**Required**:
Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, real estate, or a related field.
Proven 3 years of experience in facility management or related field, with comprehensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of facility staff and contractors.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry technologies and software systems for facility management.
