**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with product managers, BAc, UX designers, architects, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Flutter code and unit tests that adhere to best practices.
- Review code, and design against industry and Baptist standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter framework and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Help triage production issues and identify timely resolution.**Requirements**:- ** Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.**:- Deep understanding of mobile development principles and best practices on both platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience in state management techniques (e.g., Provider, BLoC, etc)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience with Flutter web development.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, Javascript, nodeJs).
