- Preparing and maintaining project portfolio, and maintaining up-to-date project data and ensure consistency with data integrity
- Preparing and maintaining project Investment Committee
- Preparing and analyzing the project budget usage and performing the arbitration within the portfolio to align with Finance team
- Supporting the building of project budget portfolio and translating into portfolio dashboardCommunication
- Facilitating the communication on project governance with project Investment Committee stakeholders, and other relevant parties
- Facilitating the communication on project portfolio review with key stakeholdersAdministrative Tasks:
- Handling administrative duties like organizing meetings, managing PMO / project portfolio sites, and maintaining project recordsReporting:
- Support the generation of project portfolio reporting and help translating project data into reports/dashboards and support to address deviation when needed
- Support the update/tracking of project budget/ timesheet/ consumption, hence consolidation of project portfolio consumption usage and report to FIN on regular basis with deviation analysisOther:
- Other tasks assignedQualifications:- Around 1~3 years PMO project management support
- Capability of handling quantitative data to spot trends and generate analysis in a holistic view
- Proficiency in MS OFFICE (especially Excel/Power Point/ Word)
- Excellent in numbers and problem-solving skills
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively and maintain organized records.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work independently or as part of a teamTools & Language:- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel with advanced capability in pivot and macro dashboard reporting is a plus)
