Short Description SPREAD builds engineering intelligence for the world's most complex products.\nOur AI-native platform gives automotive OEMs, defense primes, and industrial manufacturers a single source of product truth so engineering teams can make confident decisions, fast.\nWe work with companies like Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Rheinmetall.\nBacked by HV Capital, DTCP, Cavalry Ventures, and La Famiglia.\nIn this role, you own enterprise pipeline outcomes.\nYou design and run targeted campaigns that turn engineering leaders at enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities.\nYou work closely with Sales to define account priorities, build integrated campaigns across digital, events, content syndication, and ABM, and focus relentlessly on what actually converts.\nEvents are a strategic lever in this role.\nYou own goals, briefs, positioning, KPIs, budgets, and quality bar for two to three flagship owned events per year, while an external agency executes delivery.\nYou also represent SPREAD at the right industry moments where engineering leaders gather.\nYou rely heavily on AI and automation to scale your output, eliminate repetitive work, and operate at a level that would normally require a larger team.\nYour Mission Design and execute integrated field and growth campaigns targeting automotive, defense, and industrial accounts, primarily in DACH and Europe.\nOwn pipeline targets and campaign ROI, working hand-in-hand with Sales on account prioritization, meeting goals, and follow-through.\nUse AI and automation across your workflows to remove repetitive work, scale personalization, generate content variants, automate reporting, and increase output without adding headcount.\nBuild and run ABM plays for top-tier enterprise accounts, including targeting, messaging, multi-touch sequences, and conversion paths.\nOwn strategy, KPIs, briefs, and QA for flagship owned events and steer an external agency through a clear delivery cadence from concept to post-event learnings.\nRepresent SPREAD at trade shows, conferences, and partner moments where engineering leaders gather, with a clear plan for account activation and measurable outcomes.\nPartner closely with RevOps to operationalize tracking, attribution, and automation, while you define KPI standards and use the data to iterate fast.\nCollaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, content, and enablement that resonates with deeply technical buyers.\nYour Experience Must-have 5 years in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or enterprise ABM in technical SaaS or engineering software.\nDirect experience marketing to engineering or R&D; leaders in automotive, aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or IoT.\nAn engineering degree or deep, demonstrable experience marketing to engineers.\nYou can hold your own in a conversation about E/E architecture, PLM, or systems engineering.\nProven track record of building enterprise pipeline, including campaigns that support 100K ACV motions.\nStrong ABM execution skills, not only planning, with the ability to run multi-touch programs end-to-end.\nStrong event strategy capability, with experience steering agencies or partners to deliver premium execution and measurable outcomes.\nConfidence working with data and performance signals, and partnering with RevOps to set up clean measurement and reporting.\nFluent English required.\nBased in Berlin or willing to relocate.\nStrong plus German language skills at B2 or higher.\nHands-on experience using AI tools for content generation, campaign personalization, analytics, or workflow automation in a marketing context.\nExperience in enterprise solution selling environments where the target buyers are large OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.\nWhy SPREAD?\nWork on Agentic Engineering Intelligence and Product Twins that help leading manufacturers master software-defined complexity.\nYou market technology that engineering leaders genuinely care about.\nHigh ownership and measurable impact.\nYou work closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership, and you can connect your programs directly to pipeline and revenue.\nA senior team that values craft, speed, and accountability over process and hierarchy.\nStrong overall package including attractive compensation and an annual learning budget.\nMobility and wellbeing support through a Deutschlandticket mobility budget and an Urban Sports partnership.\nTime off and flexibility with 30 vacation days, workation options, and one paid volunteering day per year.\nIn-office perks including lunch provided three times per week.\nContact Dmytro Iefymenko SPREAD AI K�penicker Str.\n40c | Berlin Stay connected?follow us on LinkedIn for the
