As we scale, we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Product Analyst to join our team and help us build products that truly transform global logistics.What You'll DoAnalyze user behavior, product usage, and market data to uncover insights that drive product decisionsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define key metrics and success criteriaBuild and maintain dashboards and reports tracking product performance, feature adoption, and customer engagementTranslate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for the product roadmapConduct A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impactIdentify opportunities for growth, retention, and monetization through data analysisUtilize APIs to extract, integrate, and analyze product and user data from multiple platformsSupport customer feedback analysis to understand pain points and prioritize feature developmentWork with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across systemsWhat We're Looking For2+ years experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related role—preferably in SaaS or tech startupsStrong proficiency with SQL and hands-on experience working with APIsExperience with analytics tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similarComfortable working with large datasets and translating them into meaningful insightsFamiliarity with A/B testing frameworks and experimental designExcellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven stories to diverse stakeholdersHighly curious and detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solvingKnowledge of product management and agile development is a plusExperience with Python, or data science tools is a bonusWhy Join Us?
