You will execute warehouse operations in terms of service, cost, health and safety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements, and policies compliance.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions, and execution.
Responsibilities include inventory management (iDoc management, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claims management, invoice management, compliance (HSE, quality, risk management), tenders support, third-party performance management, and pallets management.
How You Will Contribute
Review and analyze stock inaccuracies to ensure accurate stock alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems, based on stakeholder information.
Analyze capacity utilization, performance, and KPIs, introducing corrective measures as needed.
Work with service providers to ensure punctuality and completeness of deliveries, adhering to quality and HACCP guidelines.
Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life management, support reduction of write-offs, and seek productivity improvements.
Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, especially in continuous improvement projects, tenders, and peak management.
Build and provide full-cost analysis (annual budget), risks, and opportunities.
What You Will Bring
Experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel
Enjoys teamwork
Experience in logistics operations, procurement, or supply chain functions is an asset
Analytical thinking
Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP R3
Additional Requirements
Intermediate English (desirable)
Advanced Office package skills
Knowledge of SAP (desirable)
Analytical skills

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm onsite, short Fridays
No relocation support available.
