- Finding and shortlisting creators that fit each brand and project
\n
- Reaching out to creators and managing communication throughout the collaboration
\n
- Aligning on pricing, timelines, and deliverables
\n
- Collecting the information needed for production and shipping
\n
- Coordinating logistics and keeping projects on track
\n
- Supporting communication between creators, Creative Strategists, and internal teams
\n
- Keeping internal documents, spreadsheets, and workflows updated and organized
\n
- Assisting with billing and admin tasks related to creator collaborations

- Part-time: ~3-5 hours a day\n(with the potential to transition to full-time)

- Hourly rate: $12–$20/hour\n, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and expertise.
