These are major value purchase areas with significant implications in company profitability and service efficiency. The CM must influence senior country leaders and deliver category strategy through strong supplier collaboration, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking. This is typically delivered by working closely with regional procurement, R&E; professionals, mills, and key cross functional stakeholders.In this role the CM supports the development of global category strategies and provides LAO expertise to define, develop, influence, and deploy the regional category strategy for the LAO businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Workday HCM Analyst and Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system and serving as the product owner for work related to the core HR area. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful optimization and configuration of Workday HCM, along with other core HR technology. This role is a mix of maintaining the Core HR product roadmap and stakeholder engagement, as well as hands on aspects of configuration within Workday HCM
- Manage the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday HCM system.
- Partner with key HR stakeholders to maintain a backlog, prioritize work, and design solutions that meet the business needs.
- Serve as the product owner for the Core HR product team, including HCM, HR analytics, and security.
- Understand and translate business needs to technical requirements and vice versa.
- Configure Workday HCM to meet business requirements, including business process workflows, tenant settings, and custom reports.
- Stay current with Workday releases and new features, recommending opportunities for improvement and innovation.**Experience and requirements**:- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing Workday HCM, including direct configuration of complex requirements.
