**Job Summary**:
Lead the warehouse operator’s team in Plant facility, ensuring manufacturing requirements, internal movements schedules and proper handling of all physical inventories under GMP, HACCP, Safety, Lean Manufacturing and Quality requirements. Strive for the continuous improvement of the processes and define productivity initiatives.**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:- Ensure an efficient operation of the facility, meeting productivity goals, manufacturing requirements and internal movements schedules.
- Facilitate that all warehousing activities are executed according to GMP and Food Safety (HACCP) requirements, participating in GMP and HACCP activities.
- Ensure the correct receiving and storage of all ingredients and finished products and the proper execution of material movements to minimize damages and inventory losses.
- Supervise Personnel in order to perform activities without affecting Food Safety or safety.
- Strive for KBIs (PDR, SDR, TDQ, Productivity, OEE, Cost of non-conformance, LTI) goal achievement. (**40%**)
- Lead the OE program in the workstream and promote the implementation of OE tools in the area (Performance management, Flexible manpower, OEE, Skills Matrix, 5S, M&B;) (**30%**)
- Execute the Performance Enablement process for direct reports. (**20%**)
- Assure the training of all Warehouse associates in activities related to the area. Serve as trainer for all processes related to HACCP, Quality and OE. (**10%**)**Financial/Job Scope**:

- Number of customers (by Bottling Plants): 12
- Number of formulas: 90 BBN - 147 kits - More than 300 ROH and VERP SKUs and 500 HALB SKUs
- Capex Non-Project: US$0.05 to 0.2 million
- Inv. Losses: CPS US$0.087 million and Business Unit US$ 0.450 million
