- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement and/or operations roles
- Proven understanding of sourcing, category management, and contract management processes
- Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Experience working across geographically dispersed teams
- Background in continuous improvement or change management is preferred
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial procurement
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of driving savings through sourcing strategies
- The ability to analyze supplier markets and anticipate shifts in negotiation power
- Experience collaborating with centralized procurement hubs, such as Nouryon's Service Center
- Skills in aligning cross-functional stakeholders across finance, engineering, and operations
- Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with procurement KPIs and TCO modeling
- Understanding of regional supply markets and indirect procurement trends
- Capable of identifying and assessing cost drivers
- Able to develop and track procurement performance metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Effective in building and maintaining supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable working independently and as part of cross-functional teams
This is a permanent position, onsite in Argentina, San Lorenzo reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager.
