- Act as the **primary point of contact** for customers under support & maintenance contracts.
- Oversee customer accounts: reporting (KPIs, SLAs), advising on solution evolution, managing renewals, and identifying up-sell opportunities.
- Ensure **financial follow-up** of contracts and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Manage small projects related to **change requests, solution evolution, and continuous improvement**.
- Handle **incident management** including follow-ups, escalations, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate actions defined by contract, such as **preventive maintenance, new software releases, and installations**.**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business**, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering** or a related field.
- ** 5+ years of experience** as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role in IT solutions, system integration, or complex client-facing environments.
- Strong communication skills in **Spanish and English (B2 level minimum)**.**Position Requirements**
- ** Hybrid role** based in **Buenos Aires, Argentina**.
- Availability for **international travel within LATAM** when required.
