We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior Product Owner to join our growing team in Buenos Aires ! You will be one of the first team members at our new location and will play a key role in establishing the local team. Requirements What We Need From You
Minimum of 4 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
Proven experience conducting the discovery process.
Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1+).
A strong growth mindset — eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
A team player focused on execution and collaboration.
Working experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Experience identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, and prototyping.
Solid understanding of Agile software development processes.
Intellectual curiosity and analytical skills to understand products, their functionality, and how they solve client problems.
Ability to focus on what’s essential, synthesize complex information, and extract key insights.

Experience working on healthcare-related projects.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include
Analyzing, gathering, and documenting business and functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog).
Collaborating with business, development, and QA teams throughout all phases of the product development lifecycle (scoping, requirements, design, development, QA, deployment).
Managing Product Backlog prioritization — assessing value, developing business cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes aligned with the product strategy.
Ensuring stakeholder needs and expectations are met and promoting transparency across all parties involved.
Staying up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and emerging trends.
