This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage complex projects and foster strong relationships across multiple business units and regions, ensuring Medtronic's continued growth and success in the market, collaborating closely with the Regional Director of Process Improvement & Project Management Office to ensure that all strategic projects are on track to meet both business and internal objectives. You will act leading multidisciplinary teams related to project scope but will not have direct reports. The position is located in Latam (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Chile) and follows a hybrid working model.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic projects that enhance Medtronic’s market position
- Partner with the LATAM senior leadership team to drive collaboration and ensure that each project supports the broader business goals, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they are executed within the agreed timelines and budgets, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to update senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the LATAM region driving revenue and market share growth across Medtronic’s diverse portfolio
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring Medtronic remains a leader in delivering best-in-class solutions to our customers and patientsRequired Knowledge and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, and related areas
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consulting and / or program or project management, preferably in a corporate setting and large enterprises
Familiarity with Agile and / or Lean Management methodologies and frameworks, and with Project Management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Fluency in Portuguese and / or Spanish, both verbal and written and in English, as a mandatory second language
- Experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship managementFamiliarity with enterprise software solutions and IT infrastructure; certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), Lean Six-Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.), ICAgile; experience working in the healthcare or medical device industry managing projects across different geographical regions and cultures.Physical Job Requirements
