Job Description: We are seeking an Integration Manager responsible for leading a integral team of integration consultants, reporting to the Management Team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions that integrate SAP IBP and SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (SCC) with other systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integration processes, designing and developing data mappings, and troubleshooting integration issues.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, architect, and develop complex SAP integrations, considering scalability, security, and performance.\nDevelop Proof of Concepts (POCs) using SAP Cloud Integration platform to add new capabilities to the integration practice.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define integration solutions that meet those requirements.\nCreate detailed integration architecture and design documents, including data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications.\nLead and guide development teams in the implementation of integration solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.\nStay up to date with the latest integration trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, especially in the cloud integration space.\nCollaborate with the infrastructure and security teams of customers to ensure integration solutions are secure and compliant with data protection regulations.\nLead a global team of integration consultants.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior integration team members.\nWork with the leadership team to drive new business opportunities and grow the integration practice.\nQualifications/Job Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\n8-12 years of experience as an Integration Architect/Lead Developer with SAP CPI/PI/PO/CIG platforms.\nExpertise in SAP Cloud Integration, SAP BTP, and SAP PI/PO projects.\nStrong knowledge of SAP Cloud Integration Monitoring, Design Best Practices, and SAP-PI/PO Architecture.\nExperience in IBP Add-on configuration and integration.\nProficiency in creating complex CI-DS mappings and using data transformation tools.\nTechnical skills in ABAP, PI/PO, BW development, and performance tuning.\nAbility to debug and resolve complex technical issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nRelevant SAP Cloud Integration certifications are a plus.\nLocation: Remote – LATAM/Canada
