- Oversee all aspects of camp operations and facilities in all its dimensions: lodging, catering, cleaning, maintenance and entertainment.
- Supervise the daily operations of local hotel accommodations, including preventive actions and measures.
- Supervise the administrative aspects of camp.
- Maintain functionality and safe condition by performing daily inspections and planning preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with People, Operations and Site managers.
- Oversee sports and cultural activities, ensuring all sessions are properly planned in liaison with the Community relationship manager.
- Ensure an excellent experience for all Lilac employees and guests visiting the Camp.
- At least five years of related experience in similar roles.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent professional experience in Oil&Gas;, Mining operation camps, natural reserve or hotel management.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Outlook and OneDrive.
- Experience with inventory and ordering procedures, and staying within a set budget.
- Demonstrated record of excellent customer service.
- Background and training in Health & Safety systems.
- Excellent English skills.
- Rotational work experience is a must (15 days in/off).
- Must have the ability to lead groups over rough terrain.**Preferred Skills**
