Key ResponsibilitiesThe role involves the day-to-day processing of finance activities for the Alliance Resale business, including:
Purchasing and Accounts Payable review**Resale Financial management**: Analyze and reconcile Alliance Resale WBS elements.Revenue recognition for Resale activityOrder tracking and management, liaison with clients, project teams and other finance teams (CFM).Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (attending calls, providing reports, resolving issues or delays).Develop an understanding of Policies.Ensure all internal controls adhered to.Manage the Day to Day processes and report to our manager on issues, projects and processing. StatisticsSkills RequiredStrong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent EnglishCompetent in Microsoft OfficeThe ability to work to a well-defined process, dealing with exceptions as they occurPositive proactive attitude and flexibilityDemonstrated focus on customer services coupled with a flexible, can-do attitudeA high level of organizational skills is required to ensure accurate records of requests and appropriate follow up and reporting.Experience using SAP (preferred).Accounting background with analytical skills (preferred).
