As a fully remote company, they seek a Finance Manager who thrives in a virtual environment while maintaining strong connections with team members across the organization.The RolePosition OverviewThe Finance Manager will serve as the primary financial point of contact for the company, responsible for managing all financial aspects, including strategic planning, financial analysis, vendor management, and overseeing outsourced bookkeeping services.
This role combines hands-on financial management with strategic business partnership to support company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & StrategyDevelop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.Manage cash flow planning and monitoring.Create and analyze inventory forecasts, incorporating financial implications.Provide ecommerce-specific financial analysis and metrics tracking.Analysis & ReportingDevelop and maintain regular financial reporting cadences.Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.Create and monitor KPIs for financial and operational performance.Analyze variance in operational costs, including logistics and production.Operations & Process ManagementOversee accounts payable processes and purchase order management.Track and analyze the cost of goods, including Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis.Ideal ProfileMust-Haves:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.3-5+ years of experience in financial management.Experience in ecommerce finance and metrics.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Proficiency in Excel and financial software.Nice-to-Haves:MBA or CPA certification.Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or event-based retail.What's on Offer?
