- Proven ability to design complex distributed applications built for high performance, throughput, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS.
- Experience with asynchronous programming.
- Experience profiling and tuning Java applications and using monitoring tools for production monitoring.
- Practical experience applying AI frameworks in development projects.Soft Skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Chapters Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure and Mobile Engineering.
