NET Senior Software Engineer who is a problem solver, leveraging technology to solve difficult problems at scale.
The candidate will work with others across the business to understand customer needs and develop high-value solutions.
They are accountable for designing and implementing solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements and adhere to established development standards.
This role challenges its owner to work quickly and effectively as a team leader, sharing technical knowledge and leading the team to build and deploy high-quality software that satisfies our customers.

The Work You'll Do
This position will lead the design, development, and modernization of our global web application experiences, focusing on reducing technical debt, eliminating security vulnerabilities, and transforming legacy systems into scalable modern platforms.
It provides guidance across multiple functional and technical areas within Product Development, balancing new feature development with critical technical improvements.
More Specifically, You Will
Contribute to team codebases by implementing solutions using AI-assisted development techniques
Understand and navigate diverse technical domains to provide timely, high-impact assistance
Establish guidelines for AI coding assistant usage, including prompt engineering, code quality, security standards, and workflow strategies
Foster an innovation culture by evaluating and recommending AI coding tools and platforms
Partner with other architects to identify strategic opportunities for AI-augmented development and teach best practices
Demonstrate how to incrementally improve architecture while delivering business value
What We Need From You
7+ years of experience in solution architecture with a proven track record of modernizing legacy systems
Excellent English communication skills for explaining complex technical decisions and trade-offs
Interest or expertise in AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's models)
Experience leading technical debt reduction programs with measurable results
Technical expertise in JavaScript and React, with experience modernizing C# and .
NET service-oriented systems
Ability to articulate technical debt concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, balancing immediate fixes with long-term architectural improvements
