We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Junior Research Analyst to join our team:
**Location**: Microcentro, Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
**Work model**: Hybrid.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term.The Junior Research Analyst will play a crucial role in tracking and analyzing various aspects of the commercial real estate market. This role will involve leveraging knowledge and expertise to develop research products, client deliverables, and business development packages. The analyst will provide support to senior research staff by collecting, verifying, analyzing data, and creating reports and collaterals.What is your day to day?
Supports senior research staff by data collection, verification, analysis and report and collateral creation.Closely track, record and update data related to properties, leases, tenants, availabilities, developments, sales and owners, the local economy, demographics and company performance, among other aspects of the market.
Actively contribute to JLL’s internal data management system and adopt or discover new creative uses for its content and visualization tools.
Regularly update building stacks with current tenant information for essential properties in the market.
Respond to internal and external client requests for data and insight.
Track, maintain and disseminate detailed data for critical market indicators.
Performs regular monitoring of the real estate market by telephone surveys, on-site surveys, internet, among others.Required
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics, business administration or a related field.Advanced level of English.Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data collection and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced proficiency in Excel.
