- Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach and relevance
- Develop ad copy, creative briefs, and A/B testing strategies
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track user behavior and funnel performance
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align paid strategy with brand goals
- Stay updated on platform changes, media buying trends, and algorithm shifts
- 3+ years of experience in paid media buying and PPC campaign management
- Ability to manage and target to a Spanish speaking audience (Spanish accounts)
- Proven track record of managing ad budgets of $10k+/month with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and retargeting strategies
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Bonus: Experience with Marketing Agencies, eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B performance campaigns
