The Work You'll Do:
At Sovos, we're transforming how companies around the world manage tax compliance---helping half of the Fortune 500 and thousands more stay ahead in a complex, ever-changing global regulatory landscape. As a Senior Network Operations Center Analyst, you'll serve as a critical link between customer support and engineering teams, driving technical problem resolution and ensuring the reliability and performance of our integral network infrastructure.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role. You'll lead resolution on complex network issues, mentor junior analysts, and be a go-to resource during critical incidents---all while helping build the operational foundation that keeps Sovos running at scale.
