We recently raised a $25M Series A, and have raised over $100M in total funding up to this point.We are backed by Canvas, Camber Creek, Thomvest & FJ Labs, four venture capital firms that have invested in other successful companies like Alibaba, AppNexus, Betterment, Buzzfeed, Dataminr, Dropbox, FanDuel, Houzz, Klarna, Opendoor, Palantir, Stripe, Uber, and Upwork (among others).As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning into our products, leveraging state-of-the-art conversational models such as OpenAI's GPT-4. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying conversational models to create intelligent and interactive experiences. Additionally, you will develop robust data pipelines, create user interfaces, and perform data analysis to optimize AI model performance.**Responsibilities and Opportunities**:- Model Development: Design, build, and deploy conversational models using OpenAI's GPT-4 and other relevant models. Leverage the capabilities of these models to create intelligent and interactive experiences.
- Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of data to extract insights and identify patterns that can drive informed decision-making and improve AI model performance.
- Experimentation and Model Selection: Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of different conversational models and approaches. Identify the most effective models and strategies based on performance metrics and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, software developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, gather feedback, and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: As a startup, you will have the opportunity to take on various roles and responsibilities as needed, supporting different areas of the business and collaborating across teams.**About You**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advance level of English, written and verbal.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, data science, or data analysis roles with a focus on AI and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing production-ready code and building user interfaces.
- Familiarity with large language models and fine-tuning techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
