to help us grow our community across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and beyond.
This isn't your typical "behind-the-scenes" marketing role.
We're looking for someone who's as comfortable hitting "record" as they are hitting "publish."
Think of it as being our
in-house influencer
: creating native, authentic content that brings Ramp Network's story to life.

What you will be working on
As our Social Media Manager, you'll:
Be the
face and voice
of Ramp Network across TikTok, IG, and other social platforms
Spot the latest trends, challenges, and viral formats — and adapt them for Web3/fintech in a way that feels natural and fun
Create, film, edit, and publish videos that drive engagement and brand love
Build relationships with fintech/crypto influencers and bring them into our orbit
Prove impact — you know how to measure reach, engagement, and ROI from your work
What you will bring
Fluent in
Spanish and/or Portuguese
Confident on camera — you thrive being in front of an audience
Strong video editing and content production skills
Social media native: you live and breathe TikTok, IG, X, YouTube
Track record of running accounts and delivering measurable results
Comfortable mixing creativity with data-driven decisions
Previous experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or Web3
Existing network of influencers in the space
