This role focuses on connecting ERP, Shopify, 3PL, EDI, and analytics systems, building reliable data pipelines, and automating operational workflows. The adecuado candidate is technically strong, operationally aware, and comfortable working closely with COOs and Supply Chain leaders in a high-growth, multi-channel environment.Key Responsibilities:Connect and maintain integrations between ERP (NetSuite), Shopify, 3PL, WMS, and EDI platformsBuild and manage clean, reliable data pipelines across operational systemsWrite and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data validationDevelop dashboards and reports for inventory, orders, wholesale, and financeBuild and maintain automations using tools like Parabola, Zapier, and Make.comAudit data accuracy across systems and proactively resolve discrepanciesImprove operational workflows by eliminating manual processesSupport wholesale/B2B data operations and EDI integrationsPartner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance leaders on data-driven decisionsDocument system architecture, workflows, and automation logic for scalabilitySoftware/Platforms/Tools:NetSuite or comparable ERP systemsShopify (DTC) and Wholesale/B2B platformsSQL (advanced query writing)Parabola, Zapier, Make.com or simila
