- Drive the effective execution of People & Culture initiatives, aligning people strategies with business goals and supporting organizational growth.

- Partner with leadership teams, in close collaboration with the Chief People & Culture Officer, to support the execution of people and culture initiatives aligned with business goals and growth strategy.
\n
- Act as a key point of contact for leaders and teams, translating business needs into actionable people-related recommendations.
\n
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational effectiveness and scalable growth.
\n
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes aligned with hiring plans and priorities.
\n
- Ensure effective onboarding processes that enable successful integration and performance.
\n
- Coordinate and continuously improve people operations processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence.
\n
- Support onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities.
\n
- Assist with compensation and benefits management, including benchmarking and recommendations aligned with market standards.
\n
- Support leaders and employees through regular 1:1s and day-to-day people matters.
\n
- Provide guidance on employee relations topics, escalating complex or sensitive issues when needed.
\n
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
\n
- Track and analyze key People KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire, retention, attrition, onboarding effectiveness).
\n
- Provide insights and recommendations to support data-informed decision-making.
\n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across people processes and initiatives.
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
\n
- 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
\n
- Strong experience partnering with leadership teams.
\n
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
\n
- Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
\n
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
\n
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\n
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
\n
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
\n
- Experience working in remote-first environments.
\n
- Familiarity with HRIS and analytics tools.
