The right relationship is everything.Your first 6 weeks, you will -Participate in New Hire Training covering the introduction to our implementation organization, project management tools, end-to-end process flows, and additional resources to help you work smarterEngage with senior leaders to review our Vision and StrategyGet to know your partners by attending regular calls to review active implementationsBegin to build your brand and establish valuable relationshipsBegin to learn our Products and how we implement themGain knowledge in utilizing our banking toolsGain experience through shadowing skilled and knowledgeable peersWhat you will need to be successful -Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experienceProject management experience; experience with complex treasury implementations a plusComfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environmentAbility to clearly communicate, partner, and influence - leading others to a common goalExhibit adherence to policy and procedures and meet or exceed established SLAComfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussionsFearlessness of new, API-driven technologies and the related implementation requirementsUrgency for solutions and moving projects past roadblocksPayments and Receivables experience or eagerness to learnConsulting or business analysis experience in the ERP, systems integration, or API space a plusMS Office Suite experienceCuriosity and passion for learning new thingsAbility to assess, prioritize, and manage your time accordinglyUses the power of teamwork to achieve positive resultsEnthusiasm for changeUltimately you'll be expected to own our Client's Onboarding experience, end-to-end. This includes:Representing us as the project manager and single point-of-contact on your assigned global implementationsDelivering a first-class, end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementationsManage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding aspects of treasury solutions including - RFP responses, client presentations and client visitsScope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed specifications for treasury servicesUse of MS Office tools to document scope, meeting agendas and minutes and project plansUse of workflow tool for status updates and document repositoryManage client and internal partner expectations by establishing timeliness and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.Demonstrate creative problem-solving and heightened awareness of risks and client impactsAbout Us: J.P.
