**Job Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:- Demonstrate the ability to develop processes and procedures that are viable in the manufacturing plant.
- Works closely with product development associates and plant personnel to develop, test and implement processes to commercialize products.
- Assists with process scale up from pilot plant to production level.
- Designs and develops experimental plans for feasibility tests, manufacture of consumer products, plant trial runs, line commissioning and validation.
- Support one or more projects of moderate complexity and technical risk with little to no assistance.
- Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of production problems and implement effective solutions.
- Effectively communicates at multiple levels within the organization and works well on cross-functional teams.**Required Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering or BS degree in Sciences with sufficient training in Quality Engineering. Working knowledge of statistical methods including Six Sigma, SPC, and Regression Analysis. Working knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO.3+ years experience in a variety of disciplines including quality and manufacturing. Demonstated ability to improve processes and systems through leadership of cross-functional teams. Strong computer knowledge of statistical software.
