At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.**We are currently looking for a highly skilled Sr. Salesforce Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience.What do we value?**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOps processes including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- Manage SFDC data ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the platform.
- Lead the development and customization of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.**Necessary skills and experience required**:- Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps including CI/CD processes.
- Have extensive experience with SFDC Data management and integrity.
- Show proficiency in developing and customizing SFDC Lightning components.
- Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration with other systems.
- Be adept at SFDC Configuration to meet complex business requirements.
- Have a solid understanding of the Utilities domain and its specific needs.
