Rappi is looking for a dynamic and highly analytical Head of SP&A; Retail to lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, operations, and policy, driving critical projects that shape the future of our business.
This role is idóneo for someone with a consulting or strategy background who thrives in data-driven environments and wants to be hands‑on in shaping the performance, growth, and profitability of a leading marketplace and last‑mile platform.
You will be responsible for structuring complex problems, developing data-driven insights, leading project execution, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate is a natural problem‑solver, thrives in a fast-paced project-based environment, and excels at translating analysis into actionable strategies that deliver tangible results.
