AccountabilitiesLead all content marketing initiatives, creating and distributing engaging content that drives traffic, leads, and customer retention.
Develop and manage an editorial calendar, content workflows, and channel strategies across websites, social media, newsletters, and digital hubs.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives, brand voice, and marketing campaigns.
Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and conversion, while monitoring performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements.
Manage creative resources, including designers, writers, and external agencies, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Produce educational and research‑based content, supporting thought leadership initiatives and audience engagement.
Present program strategies and performance results to executives and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.RequirementsBA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, with an editorial mindset and strong storytell
