In the role of Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks within the Billing Department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. This will involve meticulously verifying and recording transactions, resolving any discrepancies in client accounts, and providing exceptional support throughout the billing processes. You will also play a pivotal role in collecting payments from customers within designated timeframes. Your attention to detail, commitment to financial integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key in successfully executing these responsibilities.Key responsibilities:- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing inquiries
- Facilitate payment of due invoices by sending reminders and contacting clients
- Prepare invoices and generate reports detailing account status for the sales team
- Set up recurring invoices
- Product (licenses) delivery with corresponding invoice matching
- Track and register licensing upgradesAbout you:- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets (Excel, Gsheets) is a must
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must
- Experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Billing analyst is valuable
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, finished or in progress
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
