As leader of the sales team, your top priority will be to increase sales and grow market share through telemarketing and personal consultations, managing both direct sales and indirect sales via representatives.
In addition, you will lead the recruiting, coaching, and development of your team.

Your main responsibilities are: Driving sales of educational programs Manage sales targets, pipeline, and daily follow-ups Recruit, train, coach, and manage performance of sales team Develop and achieve short-and long-term sales goals Surpass previous year's sales targets Execute online and offline campaigns, including student fairs and competitions Develop business with companies, schools, and universities Oversee creation and production of marketing materials Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitors Develop and manage program budget, pricing, discount policies, and strategies Execute and evaluate sales and marketing strategies Hire, develop, and retain future leaders Lead customer relationship management and retention programs Manage crisis situations and handle complaints Collaborate with global production units Requirements: Sales experience with a solid background working for reputable companies, preferably international and in a service-oriented or leading retail/FMCG sector Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business administration, hospitality, or a related field Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on Ability in lead generation and executing marketing plans Fluency in both written and spoken local language and English Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth Ability to work independently and in a team, adapting to fast-paced and dynamic environments Ability to build and maintain client relationships Why you will love working with us: More than just a job, we offer a lifestyle.
